Vantaca Access — Quick Instructions

If you already have an account

1. Use Send Log In Code — Recommended

This is the easiest method — no password required.

1. Enter the email address you used to create your account.
2. Click the "Send Log In Code" button.
3. Open your email and look for a message from Inframark. Check spam/junk folder if needed.
4. Copy the verification code and paste it into the verification field.

Tip: The email usually arrives within a few seconds but can take a few minutes. Please be patient.

2. Log in with your password

If you prefer using your password:

1. Click "Log In With Password".
2. Enter your email address and password, then submit.

3. Forgot or want to reset your password

1. Click "Log In With Password".
2. Select "Forgot your password?".
3. Enter your email and click "Send Code".
4. Check your email for the verification code.
5. Enter the code and reset your password.

If you do NOT have an account

Create a new account via the Sign Up form.

1. Click "Log In With Password", then click "Sign Up" below the button.
2. If you have an Account Number and Registration Key, enter them and submit.
3. If not, select "Don’t have an account number or registration key?" and complete the request form.
