Clear, step-by-step instructions for accessing and using the Vantaca (Inframark) resident portal.

If you already have an account
1. Use Send Log In Code (Recommended)
This is the easiest method — no password required.
- Enter the email address you used to create your account.
- Click “Send Log In Code”.
- Check your email for a message from Inframark. (Check spam/junk if needed.)
- Enter the verification code to complete login.
Tip: The email usually arrives within seconds but may take a few minutes.
2. Log in with your password
- Click “Log In With Password”.
- Enter your email address and password.
3. Forgot or need to reset your password
- Click “Log In With Password”.
- Select “Forgot your password?”.
- Enter your email and click “Send Code”.
- Check your email and follow the reset instructions.
If you do NOT have an account
- Click “Log In With Password”, then select “Sign Up”.
- If you have an Account Number and Registration Key, enter them and submit.
- If you don’t have those details, select “Don’t have an account number or registration key?” and complete the request form.
- Include your Account Number if available; otherwise leave it blank.
Inframark will contact you with additional instructions if needed.
