Gate Access Codes
What: Temporary or permanent PIN codes used for gate entry.
When used: Short-term guests, service providers, or meeting access.
How to request: Requests for temporary codes should include the date/time window and reason (e.g., contractor visit). Permanent codes are issued sparingly and under Board/Manager approval.
Vendor/Service Provider Access
For lawn crews, pool service, contractors, or deliveries, request a temporary code or scheduling so staff can enter during approved service windows.
Lost / Stolen Remotes or Fobs
Report immediately to the Manager. Lost or stolen devices should be deactivated and replaced; a replacement fee may apply to cover reprogramming and device cost.
Rules & Security
Access devices and codes are for residents only. Do not share permanent codes publicly. The HOA may reset codes for security reasons. Unauthorized duplication or distribution may lead to revocation of privileges.
Office Hours / Pickup
Device pickup or programming is by appointment only. Please contact the Manager to schedule.
