DRAFT Committee Charter

The purpose of this committee is to assist the HOA Board in managing community operations, ensuring compliance with governing documents, and enhancing resident engagement. Members are volunteers from the community and serve defined terms.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing architectural and landscape requests.
• Providing input on community events and amenities.
• Evaluating policy recommendations before submission to the Board.
